In 2015, The Government Alliance on Race and Equity conducted a Racial Equity Analysis of Dane County Government. One of the recommendations of that report was for Dane County Departments to complete Racial Equity Analysis of their own department and develop a plan to address racial inequities. The Office for Equity and Inclusion provides guidance to County Departments in developing their Equity Plans. Completed plans are posted below.
